Imaginary at Work

After my recent post showing my new paint pots from MAC's Posh Paradise collection, a few people requested that I do a look using Imaginary. I was quite surprised that it got more attention than Genuine Treasure which I honestly thought would be the one everyone would want to see in action. So today I decided to wear this gorgeous shimmery purplish blue goodness and thought I'd show you the results.

When I first got Imaginary, I knew right off the bat MAC's Club would be amazing paired with it. I have only played around swatching the two together and finally had the chance to wear them together today. I love the outcome! Well, show me one color that doesn't look good with Club! :)

    *Ghasp* Ebru this is absolutely gorgeous. You've taken a color that I would have approached with a LOT of trepidation and made it wearable, smoky, and very sexy.

    I may have to give a second thought to Imaginary ... though I'm still not sure I could pull it off as well as you have.

    I love your EOTDs, esp. this one. It's very sexy "smokey eye". Too bad I don't have the skills to pull off a look like yours! :-|

    I used to be a HUGE eyeshadow person, but I started receiving comments from people that I didn't look "approachable" when I wore eyeshadow (I never wore anything too dark or dramatic), so now I've been sticking to my eyeliners. Kinda of lame, but I do appreciate constructive criticism (I think that I *sometimes* looked unapproachable, but it's because I don't have a natural happy face or something, so I guess my eyeshadow made me look more "mean" haha).

    This looks so gorgeous, it really brings out the golden hues of brown eyes! I'm brown-eyed myself and blue eyeshadows are my favourite to play around with, right after "the neautrals"! tehehe
